The S&H Honor Code

All members of the S&H team are here voluntarily to contribute and add value to a healthy and pleasant S&H. Our conduct and values reflects directly on S&H and the welfare of all those involved with S&H. We value this culture, enjoy its assets and take our responsibility in achieving our mutual goals.

Integrity is the foundation of S&H
Integrity is the courage to confront yourself and others with facts and circumstances as you believe or know them to be. Act accordingly in the best interest of S&H and its partners. Choose for the right way, not the easy way.

Our Mission-Statement is our guiding principle
S&H positions itself via our mission-statement. It describes our vision and ethics and is our guide to success. Compromises hurt our reliability and, eventually, our viability and potential.

We are S&H
By working at S&H, you are part of S&H. The impression that the outside world has of S&H is a direct reflection of you and your colleagues. Be proud to represent S&H and don’t denigrate S&H, nor accept that others do so. 

Agreements are commitments
Others must be able to count on you. Honoring agreements and obligations is inherent to being professional.

Respect forms the foundation for teamwork
Respect expresses itself in the manner in which we value the feelings, work and time of others. Working at S&H should allow room for pleasure, satisfaction and self-respect within the margins of a professional organization.

Strive to improve S&H and yourself
Progress is an essential for both business and personal success. This requires that we constantly take initiatives, adapt and improve our working-methods and procedures, and dare to learn from eventual mistakes.

Verification of communication is essential
Communication is only completed if the receiver duplicates your intentional message. Therefore, it is the messenger’s duty to verify if your message is understood correctly. Be open, clear and honest in your communication.

Think in solutions, not in problems
Problems are not just for others to solve. By signaling a potential problem, you are jointly responsible for it and, if logical, thereby called upon to respond pro-actively. Don’t wait for others to act first.
